What Data Does SimCare Collect?

What Data Does SimCare Collect?

We understand that privacy matters — especially in educational and clinical training settings. Here's a transparent breakdown of what SimCareAI collects, and what it doesn’t.

Data SimCareAI Collects

1. Personal Information

SimCare processes only name and email address to create user accounts and tie feedback to the right person.

2. Educational Records

As part of its simulation training tools, SimCare processes educational data that may fall under FERPA, including:

  • Performance assessments

  • Competency evaluations

  • Learning progress (e.g., session completions, rubric scores)

This data is used only for educational purposes; that is, to help students learn and instructors evaluate.

Data SimCareAI Does Not Collect (or Can Anonymize)

SimCare does not collect any biometric data, video recordings, or other sensitive personal information.

If required by your institution, personally identifiable data like name and email can be anonymized. We support custom setups where these fields are disabled or replaced with anonymous identifiers.

SimCare never uses your data to train or improve its AI models. Your session data stays securely within your institution’s educational environment.
