This is where we pull together the most important takeaways — what you did well, where you can grow, and how to keep improving. This is the fastest way to understand the core of your performance. It’s built to help you reflect, grow, and try something different in your next session, without having to dig through all the details first.

What’s Included

This section is broken down into three parts:

1. Strengths

We highlight what stood out in your session, with direct quotes from the transcript that show where you were most effective, whether that’s how you reflected, responded, or held space.

2. Areas to Improve

This focuses on moments that could have been handled differently. Each point includes a specific quote and timestamp so you can go back and see it for yourself.

3. Recommendations

These are broader suggestions to help you level up your clinical skills. They’re based on patterns we noticed in your session, not just one moment.

Examples might include:

Improve initial pacing and rapport-building to better match the client’s emotional tone

Develop strategies to address and manage client resistance more directly

Increase use of immediacy by responding to what’s happening in the moment
