Want to rewatch your session? You can access the full video of your counseling session, along with a synced transcript, all in one place.

Watching yourself in action helps you catch things you might’ve missed (body language, tone of voice, pacing, and more). Combined with the transcript, it’s one of the most effective ways to reflect and improve.

How to Access It

When you're on the main feedback page, look for the top-left corner of the feedback card and click “Video.”

This opens the full session recording along with the timestamped transcript right beside it.

What You’ll See

• Your session video on the left

• A line-by-line transcript on the right, mapped to timestamps

• The ability to click any line of the transcript to instantly jump to that moment in the video

This makes it easy to review key moments without scrubbing through the entire recording.
