Teacher Analytics (Coming Soon)
Teacher Analytics (Coming Soon):
The Teacher Analytics page in SimCare AI gives instructors a high-level and in-depth view of how their students are performing across all assignments. It tracks both engagement and outcomes—so you can spot trends, identify students who may need support, and evaluate class-wide progress over time.
This page covers what metrics are available, how to interpret the graphs, and how to drill down into individual student performance.
Class Overview Metrics
At the top of the Analytics page, you’ll see a summary of your class’s overall activity and engagement:
Metric | Description |
Number of Students | Total enrolled in this class |
Quiz Average | Average quiz score across all completed quizzes |
Cases Completed | Total number of case assignments completed by the class |
Assignments Completed | Sum of all quizzes, readings, and case completions |
Time Spent Learning | Cumulative time students spent in learning activities (cases, readings, quizzes) |
Recording Sessions Completed | Total number of Observational AI recordings submitted by students |
These numbers provide a quick pulse check on class participation and overall workload balance.
Performance Graphs
Further down the page, you’ll find interactive charts that visualize learning and performance trends across the class:
1. Quiz Averages Over Time
Tracks average quiz performance across the semester
Useful for identifying whether content comprehension is improving
2. Cases Completed Over Time
Shows how many case assignments were completed each week
Helps highlight drops in participation or gaps in pacing
3. Time Spent Learning
Displays total minutes spent on learning tasks (e.g., case conversations, readings, recordings) over time
Helps distinguish between surface-level completion and deep engagement
You can hover over data points to get week-by-week breakdowns or export the data for external reporting.
Student-Level Analytics
This page will also feature a student list where instructors can click into specific students and view more in depth feedback and statistics personal to the selected student.
