Recording/Uploading a Session

From the My Scribes page, click “Record New Scribe” to begin.

• You’ll use your computer's microphone (and camera, if enabled) to record a live counselling interaction.
  
  

• These can be mock sessions with peers, simulated patients, or self-practice monologues.
  
  

• Once recording ends, the system will process your scribe and generate feedback automatically.
  
  

After processing, you’ll be taken to the scribe detail page, which includes the player, transcript, and clinical summary.

Prefer to upload a session you’ve recorded elsewhere? You can!

• Click Upload Recording, Input your title in and click Process Uploaded Recording.
  
  

• Supported formats: .mp3, .mp4, .wav and .mov

  
  

• Once uploaded, the audio/video will be transcribed, summarized, and analyzed just like a live recording.
