Every SimCare session is recorded and made available for your review. Listening to your own clinical interactions is a powerful learning tool that complements the written feedback reports.
Accessing Your Recording
After your session feedback is generated, you'll find the recording:
- In your session feedback dashboard
- On the session history page
- Via the link in your feedback notification email
Recording Format
- Audio Quality: High-fidelity recording of both you and the AI avatar
- Duration: Complete session from start to finish
- Format: Streamable online or downloadable as MP3
How to Use Session Recordings
Self-Reflection
Listen to yourself to:
- Hear your tone, pace, and inflection
- Notice filler words or verbal tics
- Identify moments of confidence or hesitation

Use the synchronized view to:

- Automatically deleted after retention period (typically 6 months)
- You can delete recordings early if desired

- By downloading and sharing the MP3 file
- By generating a temporary share link (expires in 7 days)
- With your institution's designated supervisors (if enabled)

- Audio file size: Typically 5-15 MB per session
- Format: MP3 compatible with all devices
- Can be imported into audio editing software if desired
