  • Measurable: Track score changes across sessions
  • Achievable: Focus on 1-2 categories at a time
  • Relevant: Align with your learning objectives
  • Time-bound: "Within the next 5 practice sessions"

Common Questions

Why did my score drop from last time?

Score decreases can happen due to:

  • More challenging scenario selection
  • Different scenario type requiring different skills
  • Natural variation in performance
  • Trying new techniques (which may feel awkward at first)

What's a "good" score for my level?

This depends on your training stage:

  • Beginners: 60-70 is expected
  • Intermediate: 70-80 is typical
  • Advanced: 80-90+ as skills solidify

Should I only practice scenarios in my weak areas?

Balance is key:

  • 70% of practice on weak areas
  • 30% maintaining and expanding strong areas
  • Periodically try diverse scenarios for well-rounded development
