Step 6: Evaluation & Reports
FieldX makes it easy to visualize student progress and export data through the Run Reports tab on your main sidebar.
Standard Reports
By default, your program comes enabled with the following standard reports to help you track student activity and hours:
- 501:Track activities for a single week.
- 502:Multi-week general hours progress.
- 503:General hours graph (visual representation of progress).
- 514A:Track hours log-in (audit when students are logging into the system).
- 519:Track hours overview (high-level summary of total hours).
Custom Reports
If the standard reports don't cover a specific data point or format you need, we can build it for you!
