Step 1: Joining Cohorts
As a Faculty Supervisor, your students are organized into Cohorts (e.g., COU 690-002 or Spring Practicum).
There are two ways to join your relevant cohort:
Invitation
The Program Coordinator may invite you directly via email. Simply click the link in the email to set up your account and join the group. If you already have an account it will add you automatically.
Cohort Code
If your program provides you with a code, log in to FieldX, navigate to the Cohorts tab, and enter the code to join.
Once inside, you will see your specific group of students and any assignments related to them.
