Step 1: Getting Started & Clearance Tasks
Welcome to FieldX! Before you can begin logging hours, you must complete the Clearance Process.
Why is my page locked?
When you first log in and click on the Field Experience tab in the sidebar, you will see a "Locked" screen. This is normal. It means you have not yet met the requirements to begin your fieldwork.
How to unlock your account:
- Click on the Clearance Tasks button on the locked screen.
- You will see a list of required steps. These typically include:
- Uploading documents (e.g., Liability Insurance).
- Signing program agreements.
- Selecting or requesting your placement site.
- Once you submit these items, they will be sent to your Site Coordinator for review.
After approval, your Field Experience page will unlock, and you will have full access to the platform.
